Lahti Science Day is celebrating its 20th anniversary! This event offers students a great opportunity to explore a wide spectrum of research and development activities carried out in the Päijät-Häme region, and also to assess how this work promotes business and well-being in the area.

The themes of the Science Day are well-being, environment, vibrant region and appeal from design. The program will be published in October. It will consist of themed sessions and key note speeches.

Professor of Atmospheric Sciences at LUT and the University of Helsinki, Michael Boy, will present in Lahti Science Day event the topic “Atmospheric Aerosols and their impact on climate and health”.
