In the event, we are peeking into the future of the battery sector under the title of ‘Positively charged: Is the future stored in batteries?’. The event will be held on the 4th of October from 3 to 5 PM at LUT University, Viipuri Hall.

Speakers of the event include LUT’s Professor of Practice Jamie Hyneman,  Professor of Energy Storage Pertti Kauranen, Head of department of Separation Science and SCI-MAT platform Sami Virolainen and Project Development Manager Jenni Bäck, CNGR-Finland. The event is hosted by D.Sc.(Tech) Riina Salmimies.

The event is held as a part of the Positively Charged tour the aim of which is to create a better understanding of the role that the Finnish battery sector has in solving the problems of an electrifying world.
