Graduation forms 1D and 1C have been removed from the beginning of this year. Forms are now integrated with Sisu. Graduate fills out necessary information while requesting graduation in Sisu and answers surveys. Survey links are also available in eLUT – Graduation.

Since the forms are not in use anymore, it is imperative that graduate remembers to request graduation in Sisu according to the schedule.
