A refund policy is a document that informs students about how LUT University deals with tuition fee refunds. The latest refund policy applies to all students regardless of the year they started their studies.

Key notes of LUT Refund policy

Refunds are only possible until 30.9. After the deadline, tuition fee is not refundable.

From 1.12.2024, we will follow the terms of the new law on exemptions.

The amount of tuition fee for new students will be stated in the admission letter. For continuing students the tuition fee depends on the intake year. 

Refund policy is updated on 11/2025.
