The door displays outside the teaching rooms in the M19 building will no longer show timetable information. Because the Peppi integration server has been shut down, the displays currently show an empty calendar.

The door display system would require a new integration with Sisu or TimeEdit. In addition, the system has reached the end of its technical service life. Facility Services and IT Services have therefore decided to adopt the same operating model used at the Lappeenranta campus. During this week, the displays will be updated with static images containing QR codes. The QR code will take users to the room calendar on TimeEdit, where they can view the teaching room reservations.

This change does not affect the previously renewed door displays outside meeting rooms because they use Outlook calendars. The booking status will continue to be displayed outside the meeting rooms as before.
