From the course cart you can either add courses to your plan, or you can remove courses added to the course cart

Tapping add to the plan a Wizard opens.  The wizard is divided into two parts,
 select a place in the structure and Preview and confirm
Corse to be added is shown in the plan
Chose the right study plan using the arrow, if several plans have been made
Shows the modules where the course can be freely added
When the choice has been made, press continue in the lower right corner.

After pressing confirm the last part of the Wizard open
The course to be added is shown
The study plan and the Module where to course has been added is shown
Press Confirm and go to plan.

If the course appears in the wrong place, it can be removed by taping the pen mark to the right, the selection assistant opens and from there the tab can be removed from the space Select in plan and save.
