MOVEO is a joint sports and wellness service for LUT University's and LAB University of Applied Sciences' students and staff.
MOVEO operates on both Lappeenranta and Lahti campuses, providing sports facilities, services and experiences.
MOVEO offers free 10 min instructed break exercise session in Zoom Monday-Friday at 13.30. You will be required to enter the passcode MOVEOK26 upon joining. Zoom stream active 12.1.-8.5.2026.
MOVEO offers remote exercise classes with ZOOM. Classes are open and free of charge for all students. You can join them from this link.
