Exam visitors: you need an access code, which you can order from opetushelp@lut.fi Order the access code well in advance of your exam, at the latest by 14:00 on the weekday before the exam. You will receive the code in your email. In the order, state the exact date and time of your exam reservation.
When the main door is locked, enter with your access code from the side door on the right side of the main door.

Do this: 1. After booking an Exam visit-service to the Kouvola Unit, please request the Exam visitor card box code from opetushelp@lut.fi at the latest by 14:00 on the weekday before the exam. In the message, state the exact date and time of your exam and the number of the exam computer marked in the booking confirmation. Ask for a new code if you change your exam booking to another day. 2. You will receive the code in your email by the working day before the exam at the latest. If necessary, please also check your junk email folder. Do not share the code with others. 3. If you have several exams on the same day at the same campus, you can use the same access code throughout the day. 4. When typing the code, remember to add the # symbol at the end of the code. 5. The main doors of the building are not open on evenings or weekends, so entry to the building is via the side door to the right of the main door, using the access code. 6. In case of problems, please contact opetushelp@lut.fi.
Please note that examinations call for absolute silence. Even if your exam time has not started yet, someone else’s exam may be in progress. Remember that exiting and re‐entering the examination room in the middle of an exam is not allowed.
Use your personal access code to go to the exam room. Take your ID with you to verify your identity.
Make sure that you remember the password of your user account.

Leave you outdoor clothes and other belongings to the lockers outside the Exam room.
The storage lockers work with a number code that you define yourself. NOTE! Set a code that you remember (e.g., your year of birth).
Storing with your own responsibility.
Do not take any items with you to the exam room.
You are not allowed to use calculators, programmable calculators, any electronic devices, dictionaries, literature or any other material in the exam.
Snacks, water bottle, scrap paper or pens/pencils are not allowed either.
There can be no items on the table during the exam.
Start the exam.
Exams start at hundred hours and finish at five to.
Be on time, but not too early, to cause as little interruption as possible.
Examination time starts to run from the start of your booking time.
