You can borrow the key during office hours 8-16 on weekdays at the information desk in the main lobby of LUT University or from student customer service (see opening hours). When making a reservation, note the opening hours of the information desk/student customer service, so that you have time to get the access key before the exam.
After the exam, return the access key to the service point where you borrowed the key. Outside of opening hours, you can return the key borrowed from the info desk to the mailbox at the info point, and the key borrowed from the student customer service to the mailbox next to the customer service door.
