1. Structure of studies: Primary study plan
2. Open the course brochure of the course for which you want to register for
3. Switch to the latest version if it is not already the latest. Note! If you register for the last exam of the 2023-2024 spring period, then version 2023-2024 will be used. 
   1. How to change version: 1. Open version menu and select the right version, 2. Switch to the selected version. (see picture 1)
      If there is no latest version, select “Substitutions” tab and check if a substituting course has been added there. If there is nothing there you must check from the list of Changes in Courses.
4. Go to the Completion methods tab of the brochure
5. Select a completion method
6.  Select an implementation you want to register for (see picture 2)
   1.  If the method has more than one assessment item, select one implementation for each assessment item for which you are applying (unless otherwise stated in the completion method instructions)
7. Go to the Registration page: Register for selected course units > Register (see picture 3)
8. Confirm registration
9. After registration, you will see what the registration status is.

1. Go to Study Calendar: Teaching not selected
2. Select a course and click Continue to selections
3. If Continue to selection -button is not visible, update the course to the latest version (2024-2025): 1. Open version menu and select the right version, 2. Switch to the selected version. (see picture 1) Note! If you register for the last exam of the 2023-2024 spring period, then version 2023-2024 will be used. (see picture 1)
   If there is no latest version, select “Substitutions” tab and check if a substituting course has been added there. If there is nothing there you must check from the list of Changes in Courses.
4. Select a completion method
5. Select the implementation (s) you want to register for (see picture 2)
   1.  If the method has more than one assessment item, select one implementation for each assessment item for which you are applying (unless otherwise stated in the completion method instructions)
6. Go to the Registration page: Register for selected course units > Register (see picture 3)
7. Confirm registration
8.  After registration, you will see if you were able to participate in the implementation and what the registration status is.

4. Go back to the Registration view: Registration for selected implementations > Register (see picture 3)
5. Confirm registration
6. After registration, you will see what the registration status is.

 What to do if you get these reject messages?

1. Unfulfilled requirements: Member of a specific target group: X. | (But you really belong to this group)
2. Invalid study right
3. Course is not in your primary study plan

1. Unfulfilled requirements

You get the message: “Unfulfilled requirements: Member of a specific target group: X.”, even though you are part of this group X.

What to do? You need to confirm the level of study right in your PSP. 1) Cick the level of the study right, 2) Show on the right, 3) Confirm.

Note! Sisu updates target groups at 17:00 and 05:00. After update:

Go to registrations and re-register

or

1. Cancel registration
2. Update the page
3. Re-register

2. Invalid study right

If you register to an implementation and get rejected because you have invalid study right. Contact opinto@lut.fi

3. Course is not in primary study plan

• Add course into your primary study plan and re-register for the course.
• If you have two study rights, tab Re-register, change the study right and enroll again.
