If the plan structure contains selections that are against the rules, a warning message will be displayed  on the top of the structure. The level that contains the illegal selections will receive a status Selections against the rules. This status can be achieved e.g. by making selections in the free edit mode. 

If, the selection against the rules shows because of the PSP changed in free edit mode, it is needed to apply for approval for the change. Guiding is found from here.
