The public transport lines 1, 1X, 5, 101 and 110 in the Lappeenranta region will switch to detour routes in Skinnarila from Thursday 9 April 2026 (12:00) to Tuesday 14 April 2026 (12:00).

On the detour route, buses will drive directly from Skinnarilankatu to Teknologiapuistonkatu and will not pass in front of the university’s main building as they normally do. At the university end, the lines will operate only in one direction according to the attached detour map, which means that seven stops will also be temporarily out of service.

The lines are switching to the detour route due to the Marathon Monday festival organized by Enklaavi ry, the student association of business students at LUT University.
