Log in to Sisu with the same credentials you use for logging in to other LUT University systems. If you have not activated your credentials, follow these instructions.

No, you don't. In case your study right include both levels in Sisu both study plans (Bachelor's and Master's) are fitted in to the same study plan. Select the upper row of the study plan, this will open a selection assistant to the right hand side of the view from which you can select also the master’s level degree programme and plan your studies there.

In a typical case you should use the curriculum period of the academic year you started your studies. It is also possible to use newer period that has been active after you have started your studies.

Check that you have

• not created a separate study plan for Master's studies. In case you continue Master's studies after Bachelor's degree, you should start creating your study plan with Bachelor's studies and then select Master's program after that.
• chosen degree structure from My educations –tab when creating new study plan.
• registered to the academic year as attending

Notification about selections against the rules may occur because:

• Deviating minor studies
• Deviating degree structure
• Study draft

The approval for a custom module should be applied in Sisu with module content approval application. In all situations mentioned above, you can also contact the Study Counsellor of your degree program. Further instructions here.

In case the degree programme or major is not confirmed you can do it yourself in your study plan. Select the degree programme / major that seems to be unconfirmed and the selection assistant will open to the right hand side of the view. You can confirm the selection there. An unconfirmed selection does not block your studies but it might affect your registration status in case there are registration restrictions on the course. Further instructions here.

Yes, you can. PSP does not have to be ready to register courses. It is enough that the courses you are registering to can be found in your primary PSP. If you need help with PSP, please contact your Study Counsellor or Study Advisor.  

New students can access Sisu 2-3 days after activating their LUT credentials. The base for a study plan can be created in advance but tutors and Student Services staff will help you at the beginning of your studies.

You can check courses that are included in your program from your personal study plan.If you want to search for other courses, you can use Search-function that is located in the top of the user interface. You can filter results for example with organization or teaching period.

The registration period can be checked from Completion methods tab of the Course information page or from the timeline of your study plan.

You can register to individual courses normally in the same way as registering to regular courses during the registration period.

Sisu-calendar can be shared with the sharing link that can be copied from Sisu.

Students do not register for the Muntlig implementations themselves. Students register only for the Skrfitlig implementation, and the administration registers the students accepted for the Skrfitlig implementation to the Muntlig implementation. Registration is therefore intentionally closed for Muntlig implementations. Why, because the courses Svenska i arbetslivet muntlig and Svenska i arbetslivet scriftlig are taught at the same time, both courses have several different implementations, and only certain implementations are opposite pairs. This will ensure that the registrations go correctly.

Credits and grades are listed on the Completed credits tab of the My Profile page. My profile tab is found at the top of the page.

By default, passed credits are shown, this can be changed to failed and expired credits from the tab beside.

Make sure that

• your study plan corresponds to your study right (there is no yellow banner above the PSP)
• the right study plan is marked primary. This can be done by clicking the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the Structure of studies page
• the course you are completing is found in your primary study plan that corresponds to your study right
• you have selected the course's completion method in Completion methods tab of the Course information page.

You can send the request for graduation even though all the grades are not yet registered in the system. Making the request requires that the state of the study modules is at least selections done. Further instructions in here.
