Do you want to feel better?
Well-being Unpacked is a workshop series designed to support your well-being during your studies.
You can join just one workshop or attend all of them, no registration required.
All workshops are hosted by the school’s professionals and include free coffee and snacks.
All sessions take place 14:00–16:00 in the campus community spaces. Workshops are held in English.
- Workshop: Mindful Routines for Busy Students
Small, practical ways to build routines that feel grounding and supportive as the semester starts. Learn simple habits that fit into student life without adding pressure. Hosted by study counsellors.

- Workshop: Find your People
Gentle ways to build connections and a sense of belonging – without pressure or expectations. A relaxed space to meet others and feel at home. Hosted by community coordinators and campus chaplains.

- Workshop: Stress Less and Find Support
Learn to notice early signs of stress and explore simple tools to feel more balanced in everyday life. The workshop also introduces available support services. Hosted by study psychologists and FSHS.

- Workshop: The Art Of Starting Over
Life is full of new chapters. In this reflective and creative workshop, you are invited to explore identity, values, and who you are becoming.
Bring a meaningful object (for example a photo, song, recipe, drawing, or keepsake) and share your story in a way that feels right for you. Together, we create a supportive and fun group space. Hosted by career services.
