Starting your exchange

Before the start of your exchange studies, you will receive an email from us covering all the important information you need to know before your exchange period begins. Students starting in the autumn semester can expect this message in early August, and those starting in the spring semester around late December.

Individual meeting by appointment

You can book an appointment with the Incoming Student Coordinator on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12:00 and 15:00 via Microsoft Bookings.

Note to choose the correct meeting type:

  • Teams meetings online
  • Face-to-face meetings in Lappeenranta campus 


You can ask about courses, course registration etc.
